What Does "Do Not Mail" Watermark Mean?
DAVE DESAI
Last Update há 3 anos
This watermark indicates that the form is not yet approved for paper filing purposes by the state, and it remains until the state authorizes us to remove it. When the watermark is present, we are waiting for the state and are unable to provide a date for when it will be removed.
It's not unusual to see this watermark on some state forms well into the month of February. Once the state approves the form, our software team updates the programs.
Note: A vertical "Do Not Mail" watermark only affects the printed copy of the form. It does not prevent electronic filing.
